Training Management System – Banking Learning Platform

I designed the user interface structure for an online learning platform. The goal was to simplify the management of training processes, provide clear navigation, and create an intuitive learning experience.

The screens shown here are low-fidelity wireframes. The aim of the project was not to create a final visual UI, but to demonstrate the design methodology, screen structures, and the handling of complex business logic.

The users of the system are banking sales professionals who gain authorization to sell different financial products by completing a sequence of required training courses. Training statuses, prerequisites, exams, and authorizations are organized within a complex, multi-level learning structure.

One of the core tasks was designing the Training History screen, which brings together a user’s planned, in-progress, and completed training courses in a single view. An important part of the concept was to represent different states, exceptions, and edge cases, as the screens would later also be used to illustrate the design methodology.

At the beginning of the project, we held a UX workshop to identify business and domain-related questions for the client. These included training status management, authorization rules, examination processes, administrative options, and edge cases. The aim was to uncover unclear business rules before designing the screens and reduce the need for later redesigns.
