Health monitoring app concept – MediPredict

This is an independent, fictional concept project based on MediPredict. I designed a mobile app concept that supports the review, interpretation, and long-term tracking of lab results, biomarkers, and health data.

During the design process, my goal was to create an app that is visually connected to MediPredict’s existing brand identity while also working as a standalone digital product. While the public website primarily serves to present the service, the app was designed for the day-to-day use of premium subscribers. Accordingly, while preserving the character of the brand, the design focused on usability, clear presentation of information, and the mobile user experience.

The visual concept of the app is deliberately built around dark mode. The goal was to create a premium, modern health-tech aesthetic that fits MediPredict’s brand and the exclusive nature of the service. The dark interface also naturally supports focused content consumption while helping charts, biomarker statuses, and highlighted information stand out.

To ensure good readability, the interface is not built around a simple black background. Instead, it uses surfaces at different levels of depth, balanced contrast, and a consistent typographic hierarchy. Health categories have their own color system, while status colors — normal, warning, and critical — function independently as semantic indicators. This allows the visual system to remain both aesthetically consistent and easy to interpret.
